When you buy an item, your payment is held safely by Me2You (not
sent directly to the seller). Once you receive the item and
confirm delivery, we release the funds to the seller. If
something goes wrong, you can open a dispute within 48 hours and
a moderator will review the case.
You can choose from three options at checkout: a Me2You driver
delivers to your door, you collect from a Paxi/Pargo/PEP pickup
point, or you arrange a self-collect with the seller using a
one-time PIN (OTP) for verification.
Yes. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act
(POPIA). Your data is stored securely, used only to process
transactions, and never sold to third parties. You can read our

Every Me2You account can buy and sell from one profile - there is
no separate seller sign-up. Create your free account, optionally
finish the quick seller onboarding
for your payout bank details, and you can list straight away
(for-sale, showcase, wanted, or service, with fixed, "from",
enquiry, or free pricing). You can also run an
auction or offer a
lay-bye plan. To deliver parcels
too, apply through become a driver.
There is no monthly fee - Me2You only takes a small commission when
your item sells.
If the item is not as described, damaged, or never arrives, you
can open a dispute from your order page. A Me2You moderator will
review evidence from both the buyer and seller, and can issue a
full or partial refund from escrow. The process usually takes 1
to 3 business days.
