Each screen is shown at all three breakpoints - 375 px phone (the primary, drawn large), 768 px tablet for pickup-point counter staff, and a 1280 px desktop dispatch console fallback for the depot.
Who is the "driver" here?
South African C2C buyers can pick three delivery methods at checkout: collect from seller, third-party courier (Mr D / Uber Connect / Pargo / Checkers Sixty60), or Me2You pickup-point. Only one of those is an actor inside our system.
Self-collection
Buyer fetches from seller. No driver actor.
Third-party courier
Mr D, Uber Connect, Pargo, Sixty60. They run their own apps. We just store provider + tracking ref. External system, not in scope.
